SAFE Regeneration began life as a small creative arts collective in the late 1990s, winning commissions from hospitals, schools, charities, public services and private contractors to engage communities in the co-production of public artworks. After taking up residence in a dis-used school in Bootle in 2007, SAFE has achieved rapid and sustained growth, becoming firmly established as a key Community Hub in the South Sefton community, supporting thousands of local residents and helping hundreds of small businesses, social enterprises, creative and social organisations to start up & grow.

Business Foundation for Education (BFE) is a Bulgarian non-government organisation, established in 2005 to act in public interest. It’s mission is to facilitate the development of the civil society through initiatives that enhance human resource competitiveness and contribute to economic development and prosperity. To achieve its goals the Foundation implements variety of projects focused in the fields of lifelong learning, guidance counselling, employment and social policy, vocational education and youth work.

We define our foundation, according with the national, transnational and European guidelines, a model of training services offer with the following characteristics:

  • Integrated model: Each system (Education, vocational training and the labor market) while maintaining their specificity of action, integrates with others to ensure services/actions aimed and focused on the actual needs of the users.
  • Model oriented to the needs of the people, needs related to the exercise of citizenship rights, to the enjoyment of skills, to the access and participation to the services that represent one of the challenges posed by the European Union on which to measure.
